Drilling holes in steel

Pillar drill up to Ø 40 mm, magnetic and handheld — depending on the part. Bring the piece or a drawing, from a single piece. Przełęk near Nysa.

Scope

What we drill most often

From a hole in a bracket to holes in a beam — private customers and companies.

Holes for bolts

In plates, brackets, feet. For M12, M16, M20 and larger — on the pillar drill up to Ø 40 mm.

Pipe and posts

Fences, gates, handrails. A hole in the tube, not “by feel” on site.

Beams and large frames

Too big for the pillar table. The magnetic drill sits on the work in the hall — beam, frame, thick plate.

Opening up a hole

Too small from laser or earlier work — we ream it out to the diameter you need.

Spacing from a drawing

Several holes in one part, axes as on the documentation. Not “more or less”.

A single piece

No series required. Bring one bracket or a short run for welding.

Not one machine. Pillar drill — a true, perpendicular hole, up to Ø 40 mm, when the part fits on the table. Magnetic — a beam, a welded frame or a thick plate that will not go under the pillar: the drill goes to the work. Handheld — smaller holes and places where pillar and magnet will not fit.

We drill plate, pipe, profiles and angles: holes for bolts, for pins, and opening up what is already there. Your material or ours, one piece or a short run.
