Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Fach-Stal Krzysztof Jeleńkowski, Przełęk 34, 48-303 Nysa, Poland, VAT ID PL7531225787, REGON 361016369. For anything regarding personal data, email kontakt@fachstal.com.

What we collect

“Send my number” form: your phone number only.

Inquiry form: your name or company name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.

Why we need it

Solely to contact you about your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract. We do not send newsletters or advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions go to a Supabase database in the eu-central-1 region — AWS servers in Frankfurt, European Union. We have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider. Your data never leaves the EU.

How long we keep it

At most 12 months — older submissions are automatically deleted from the database.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, share or pass your data to third parties. The only recipient is the database provider (Supabase), acting solely on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or delete your data, restrict its processing and object to it. One email to kontakt@fachstal.com is enough — we respond within 30 days at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and does not track visitors. The contact page embeds a Google Map to show the plant location — Google may then process data such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
