Handrails and balustrades
Ends, corners, stair runs. A set angle, not “by eye”.
Services
Bends, elbows and handrails from tube — carbon steel, stainless within machine limits, from a single piece. Przełęk near Nysa.
Scope
From a handrail elbow to a few identical bends — private customers and companies.
Ends, corners, stair runs. A set angle, not “by eye”.
To size, up to 180°. For welding frames, stands, canopies.
Black pipe in the standard diameters we have dies for.
Table legs, brackets, supports. One piece or several identical angles.
Up to Ø 25 mm. Thinner wall and larger diameter — we check ovality first.
No series required. We will bend one length, or a short repeatable run for welding.
Bending a handrail or an elbow by hand flattens the tube and guesses the angle. Here the tube goes in a die: a set angle up to 180°, repeatable, without a torch.
This is mandrel-less bending — it suits typical installation pipe and handrails, not paper-thin wall and a tight radius. Carbon steel up to Ø 42.4 mm at 3 mm wall; stainless up to Ø 25 mm. Dies on site: 17.5 / 21.3 / 26.9 / 33.7 / 40 / 42.4 mm.
