Profiles and sections
Rectangular tube, channels, angles — gate frames, canopies, workshop tables.
Square and bar
Solid stock, not only tube. Square up to 240 × 240 mm at 0°; round bar up to Ø 250 mm, same as pipe. Smaller sections at an angle.
Mitre cuts
Arm left and right, −45° to +60°. For welded frames, roofs, gratings — without grinding to fit.
Stainless steel
Blade and coolant give a clean edge, without the burn of a disc.
A single piece
No pallet required. We will cut one bar into several lengths, or a short run for welding.
An angle grinder leaves pipe crooked, burnt and short. On the band saw we cut square, with coolant, straight or to an angle — arm from −45° to +60°.
The arm swings from −45° to +60°. At 0° we take pipe up to Ø 250 mm, profile up to 310 × 210 mm, square up to 240 × 240 mm. Carbon, tool and stainless steel — tubes, sections and solid bar. One piece or a short run, your stock or ours.
